Job Title: Warranty Claims Administrator - Full-Time
Hours: Full-time position 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida
NitroFill, LLC. dba VSS Group seeks full-time Claims Administrator. Your tasks will include answering incoming customer phone calls/emails and assisting customers through the claim’s validation, adjudication, and payment process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high volume calls.
- Answer incoming tire claim calls from participating NitroFill dealers and/or program members (customers).
- Collect program information and enter into our proprietary computer database.
- Verify customer membership coverage.
- Utilize CRM and member database to initiate and process claims in a timely manner.
- Work with claims team to review, assess, and adjudicate claims.
- Learn our various tire warranty program terms and conditions.
- Basic office work (faxing, scanning, filing, etc.)
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate will have several years of telephone-based customer service experience.
- Ideal candidate will have obtained the minimum college education level of Associates Degree.
- Ideal candidate will have some experience working with, or knowledge of, automobile tires and/or ceramic coatings
- Excellent customer service and phone skills including: verbal communication, written communication, listening and professionalism.
- Must have extensive software skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office.
- Must be dedicated professional willing to go above and beyond in order to grow with the company.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail while maintaining productivity
- Ability to work a consistent weekly schedule onsite.
- Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
