We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details and benefits.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings through ongoing training and development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes.
- Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and virtual meeting platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings
