The Club Attendant is responsible for the daily operation, cleanliness, and guest support of the clubhouse and amenities. This role ensures residents and guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment while enforcing HOA rules and policies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Monitor access to clubhouse facilities and verify resident eligibility

  • Enforce HOA rules, policies, and posted regulations

  • Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, and common spaces

  • Set up and break down rooms for meetings, events, or private reservations

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report maintenance or safety issues

  • Monitor amenities (pool, gym, game rooms, etc.) to ensure safe and proper use

  • Respond to resident questions, concerns, and minor complaints courteously

  • Document incidents, violations, and facility usage as required

  • Open and close clubhouse according to scheduled hours



Part-Time Mon, Tues, and Thur 4pm-9pm

Pay Rate: $14
