The Club Attendant is responsible for the daily operation, cleanliness, and guest support of the clubhouse and amenities. This role ensures residents and guests enjoy a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment while enforcing HOA rules and policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Monitor access to clubhouse facilities and verify resident eligibility

Enforce HOA rules, policies, and posted regulations

Maintain cleanliness of the clubhouse, fitness center, pool area, and common spaces

Set up and break down rooms for meetings, events, or private reservations

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report maintenance or safety issues

Monitor amenities (pool, gym, game rooms, etc.) to ensure safe and proper use

Respond to resident questions, concerns, and minor complaints courteously

Document incidents, violations, and facility usage as required

Open and close clubhouse according to scheduled hours
Part-Time Mon, Tues, and Thur 4pm-9pm
Pay Rate: $14
