About Us
American Pools and Spas – A Cody Pools Company – is a creative, fast-growing team producing strong visual content across digital and print. We’re seeking a Junior Marketing Designer to support our marketing and design initiatives.
Role Overview
This role supports the creative and marketing teams by producing visual content, managing digital assets, and assisting with campaign execution and implementation. Ideal for a proactive designer who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
· Create graphics, videos, and social content for digital platforms
· Manage digital assets and maintain organized file structures
· Design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere
· Support social media content (Reels, videos, static posts)
· Assist with email campaigns (Mailchimp/Brevo)
· Update website content using WordPress or a similar CMS
· Apply basic HTML/CSS for styling and layout adjustments
· Ensure SEO-friendly structure and page formatting
· Work with large datasets, including CSV imports/exports
· Maintain brand consistency across all channels
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
· Experience creating social media content
· Familiarity with WordPress/CMS tools
· Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design
· Proficient in Excel and handling CSV files
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow directions while contributing ideas
Preferred
· Agency or marketing experience
· Basic video production or motion graphics skills
