The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the management office. This role ensures smooth office functionality while delivering exceptional customer service to owners, residents, vendors, and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and return calls and emails promptly and efficiently throughout the day.

Receive and respond to all resident inquiries, directing them appropriately as needed.

Create work orders as required and follow up with maintenance to ensure timely completion.

Prepare and issue violation letters as needed and monitor for required corrections.

Collaborate with maintenance and security teams to process reports and relay information.

Process applications and prepare files for resident screenings.

Handle Architectural Modification requests and coordinate with contractors.

Schedule vendors, maintenance repairs, meetings, and property-related appointments.

Maintain accurate filing for unit files, vendor files, and online records/website.

Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.

Perform or assist with any operational tasks required to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Notify the Property Manager of unusual equipment or operational issues and the need for additional supplies or materials.

Participate in meetings and work groups to coordinate activities, discuss issues, secure approvals, solve problems, and stay informed of new developments.

Assist with or complete special projects and other tasks as assigned.
FULL-TIME Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
PAY RATE: $21
