Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Fully Onsite)
Pay: $20-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

About the Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join a growing team in West Palm Beach. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering stability, hands-on experience, and room to grow within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and generate customer invoices accurately and on time
  • Review billing data for errors, discrepancies, or incomplete information
  • Reconcile billing accounts and research/resolution of billing issues
  • Enter and maintain billing data in internal systems
  • Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding invoice status
  • Assist with month-end billing tasks and reporting
  • Support the accounting team with additional administrative or financial tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of billing, accounting, or relevant administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with billing or accounting software (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work fully onsite in West Palm Beach

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
