Location: Doral, FL (On-site)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $22–$23 per hour (increase to $25/hr once permanent)

We are a leading technology product distribution company with operations across Latin America and headquarters in Miami, FL. Our team is growing, and we’re seeking a Sales Support Assitant to assist our dynamic commercial team (6 Sales Representatives in Miami and 4 Territory Managers across Central America).

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, bilingual professional who enjoys supporting a fast-paced sales environment and is looking for real growth opportunities within an international company.

Position Overview

The Sales Support Assistant provides operational, administrative, and sales support to the commercial team—ensuring smooth processes, efficient communication, and a strong connection with clients, distributors, and partners throughout Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients

  • Assist with scheduling sales meetings, calls, and follow-ups

  • Process and review purchase orders

  • Coordinate product shipments and deliveries with the logistics team

  • Confirm product availability with internal departments

  • Maintain client communication regarding order status and support requests

  • Update CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with leads and opportunities

  • Support pricing and promotion updates with distributors and manufacturers

  • Assist finance with invoicing and collections when needed

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar sales support or administrative role (preferably in technology, distribution, or international trade)

  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written)

  • Technical Skills:

    • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

    • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, filters, functions)

    • Familiarity with tech products (networking, hardware, software)
