Our team is passionate about redefining what’s possible for our clients, shaping every element of their brand communication to ensure excellence at every guest touchpoint.
Overview of the Role
The Copywriter will play an essential role in shaping the voice of our clients, crafting content that aligns with their brand identity and resonates with their audiences. From web copy and email campaigns to social media and brand collateral, you’ll deliver impactful messaging that drives results.
This is more than just writing. We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can capture the unique essence of each hospitality brand, working closely with our team to create consistent, memorable, and results-driven copy.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation and Strategy
- Write clear, compelling, and tailored content for various platforms, including websites, email marketing, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
- Develop messaging strategies that align with each client’s goals, brand identity, and target audience.
- Lead brainstorming and concept development to create engaging campaigns that inspire guest connection and loyalty.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with Account Managers, Graphic Designers, Social Media Managers, and other team members to align copy with campaign goals and overall strategies.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, integrating feedback to refine messaging.
- Ensure consistency in voice and tone across all content, adapting seamlessly to the unique character of each brand.
Editing and Optimization
- Review and revise content to ensure it meets the highest quality standards, resonating with audiences while staying on-brand.
- Use data and insights to optimize messaging, ensuring effectiveness and impact across all platforms.
- Stay informed on industry and platform trends to ensure clients’ messaging stays relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
-
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within the hospitality, marketing, or creative industries.
- Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and achieves measurable goals.
-
Skills & Knowledge:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of various content formats and platform best practices, including web, email, and social media.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging language tailored to specific audiences.
