A candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit who can oversee our small corporate office headquarters in North Naples (Bonita Springs area) would be a welcome addition to our team atmosphere.
What will you do?
- Provide general accounting and administrative support.
- Process purchase order requests to vendors; track purchases.
- Follow up with customers and past due receivables.
- Review reports for regular and special adjustments.
- Support end of month closings and various ad hoc projects.
- Perform research on various accounting processes, analyze variances, and prepare appropriate reports.
- Enter financial transactions into our internal databases and reconcile invoices.
You’re a great fit if you have:
- Several years minimum general accounting experience with a familiarity of accounting principles, concepts, and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports, including skills in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and accounting software
- Good communication and analytical skills
