A candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit who can oversee our small corporate office headquarters in North Naples (Bonita Springs area) would be a welcome addition to our team atmosphere.

What will you do?

  • Provide general accounting and administrative support.
  • Process purchase order requests to vendors; track purchases.
  • Follow up with customers and past due receivables.
  • Review reports for regular and special adjustments.
  • Support end of month closings and various ad hoc projects.
  • Perform research on various accounting processes, analyze variances, and prepare appropriate reports.
  • Enter financial transactions into our internal databases and reconcile invoices.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Several years minimum general accounting experience with a familiarity of accounting principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports, including skills in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Good communication and analytical skills
