Position Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Shift: Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $20 – $23 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and service-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to support our staffing and recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and clients.

This position specifically seeks a candidate with experience in hotel housekeeping and the hospitality industry, as many of our clients operate within these sectors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, including hospitality and housekeeping positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding staffing needs, candidate updates, and hiring timelines.
• Assist with onboarding, new hire documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our system.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruiting goals and deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or hospitality strongly preferred.
• Experience working with hotel or housekeeping roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Work Environment

Recruiters will work primarily from our Fort Lauderdale office, engaging daily with candidates, clients, and internal team members. While the role is office-based, occasional remote communication is required. A professional and courteous demeanor is essential.
