Marketing & Sales Representative – Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

TLC Solutions of Florida – Palm Beach County, FL

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

TLC Solutions of Florida, a leading provider of non-emergency medical transportation, is seeking a high-energy, motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who knows Palm Beach County well and enjoys connecting with people. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities (ALFs), and other healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular follow-up visits and marketing calls with healthcare facilities, case managers, and discharge planners.
• Assist in scheduling and attending meetings or presentations at hospitals and facilities.
• Support the company’s ongoing marketing and business development efforts.
• When not in the field, assist in office operations — including dispatch, supply coordination, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain professional communication and represent TLC Solutions with integrity and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with Palm Beach County and local healthcare facilities preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Prior experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or customer relations a plus.
