Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, In-Office
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Clerk to join our team on a Temp-to-Perm basis. This role is essential in supporting employee and group benefits processing. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and follow-through are critical.
Responsibilities:
Process employee and group benefits accurately, including adding/removing individuals from health insurance plans.
Perform data entry across multiple carrier portals.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and carriers, providing excellent customer service.
Enter and manage claims as needed.
Complete and submit paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain strong communication and written documentation throughout all tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in benefits administration or insurance industry is a strong plus.
Excellent data entry skills with speed and accuracy.
Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
$20–$21 per hour.
