General Line Rental Coordinator (Heavy Construction Equipment)
South Florida Caterpillar dealer is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Rental Coordinator for the heavy construction equipment line. The position is for our Ft Piercelocation.
The candidate chosen will be responsible for day-to-day data entry, paperwork, processing of rental transactions, invoicing, inventory control, yard organization and working well with customers and employees whether in person or on the phone.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills are a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and associated equipment is required.
Minimum High school graduate required. Must have a valid Florida driver license with a clean driving record.
Other duties may be assigned.
2-3 years of rental industry or similar experience preferred. (i.e., dispatch, counter sales, face-to-face customer service).
The applicant chosen will currently work out of our West Palm Beach location, until the Fort Pierce location is open for business.
