If you like technology, solving problems, working with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service, this is the position for you! The Program Manager will lead and coordinate capital planning, Trimble Unity Construct program activities, and associated initiatives across internal teams and external stakeholders. Acting as the central point of accountability, this role will ensure process consistency, timely deliverables, and alignment with organizational goals. The Program Manager will manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and oversee all communications and reporting to support transparent, informed, and timely decision-making. This role will also closely partner with the Change and Control team to support strategic transformation and ensure cross-functional alignment.

What you'll do…

  • Establish and lead governance frameworks, including the development of program documentation, reporting cadence, and communication structures to ensure consistency, traceability, and timely decision-making.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional workstreams, fostering collaboration between technical teams, capital project leads, and the Change and Control group to maintain strategic alignment and eliminate delivery silos. \
  • Proactively manage program-level RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and leverage these tools to mitigate risks early, track issues to resolution, and ensure dependencies are clearly communicated and managed across teams.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact reports and dashboards that clearly communicate program health, status updates, KPIs, and risk exposure to both internal stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Lead change enablement activities in partnership with the Change and Control team, helping teams navigate transitions in tools, workflows, and organizational priorities with structured support and visibility.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and ensuring that program best practices are standardized and documented for scale.
  • Manage and mentor an internal team, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and growth opportunities while ensuring alignment with program priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for team leads, client stakeholders, and senior leadership—ensuring program objectives are met and that any misalignments are addressed early.

You should have

  • 5–8+ years of experience in program management, ideally in capital planning, construction tech, or enterprise-level systems (e.g., eBuilder)
