Position Overview
Our team is looking for motivated Sales Representatives passionate about the hemp and cannabis industry. This role involves connecting with smoke shops, wholesalers, and other retail partners to expand our brand presence and increase product availability. As a Sales Representative, you'll drive sales by reaching out to a carefully curated lead list, building relationships, and promoting our products to potential clients.
You’ll leverage a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to track sales interactions, follow up on leads, and keep an organized record of client activity. This ensures we maintain consistent communication with our prospects and clients, maximizing sales opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
- Call and close new leads (smoke shops across the U.S.)
- Manage your full sales cycle — from first contact to reorder
- Maintain and grow your book of business with recurring sales
- Log activities and track pipeline using our CRM
- Hit monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (B2B or phone sales preferred)
- Strong closer with confident follow-up skills
- Highly self-motivated and performance-driven
- Organized, coachable, and comfortable working commission-only
- Experience in hemp, cannabis, or smoke shop sales is a plus
Daily leads, CRM access, sales tools, and training provided
In-office hours: 10AM–4PM, Monday–Friday
