Job Summary:
The crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties include taking customer orders, handling transactions, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.

Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions efficiently.

Assemble food orders and package items for dine-in or take-out.

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms.

Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.

Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks.

Address customer questions, complaints, or concerns professionally.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or retail is highly recommended, but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math and money-handling skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
