Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance.

• Review invoices after services are completed to verify accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service agreements.

• Provide insights and feedback to improve customer service processes and overall satisfaction.

• Uphold a customer-centric attitude in all interactions and tasks.

• Communicate service updates clearly and consistently to customers.

• Ensure timely and accurate billing based on individual contracts.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Strong ability to resolve customer service issues with a focus on professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to deliver superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing processes and contract terms.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
