Are you an experienced title processor/closer looking for an opportunity to take your research,
analysis, and teamwork skills to the next level? We are a growing company and are looking for a
motivated individual to help us clear titles for real estate mortgage transactions. If you have a
background in title processing/closings, an eye for detail and discrepancies, and a customer service

Responsibilities
Interface with title examiner and underwriter to prepare title insurance policy and binders and
title commitments, and with loan closer to prepare HUD-1 real estate closing statements
Research and verify the accuracy of documentation such as property title records, property
ownership, public records, deeds, leases, surveys, contracts, and agreements needed to
produce a clear title
Coordinate with loan officers, mortgage loan processors, and underwriters to ensure all
closing instructions are followed as per the closing package, and all underwriting
commitments have been satisfied prior to funding.
Manage the file opener to ensure all information needed on the file has been inputted
correctly, and all items needed have been ordered.
Qualifications
Notary public certification is required
Superb research, communications, customer service, and analysis skills are desired
Computer proficient with numerous programs including MS Office is needed
College is an asset but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is a requirement
2-3 years of experience with title processing, closing post-closing is required. Experience
with the Qualia title platform would be helpful but not required.
