Job DescriptionJob duties include checking truck drivers in and out, maintaining a daily schedule, creating and facilitating the paperwork for each truck and working closely with warehouse employees in the shipping and receiving process. This can be a high energy, fast-paced job. Being able to multi-task, stay calm under pressure and keep a positive attitude are must haves.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service experience
- Computer proficiency with MS Excel and word
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Must have great attention to detail and does not make simple mistakes through lack of consideration
- Must obtain High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work with a team
We’re looking for someone dependable, able and eager to do the task required.
We must also stress that this position requires someone that can work largely unsupervised and can always maintain a professional attitude and demeanor when dealing with supervisors, customers, co-workers, and other tenants within our cold storage and dry warehouses.
Hours are 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday (overtime and weekends as needed).
