We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proficient Microsoft Excel user to manage our client, located in Boca Raton onsite, timetables and scheduling on a temporary basis. The primary focus of this role will be to create efficient, accurate, and compliant schedules that align with store traffic patterns and operational needs. The ideal candidate will be an Excel "power user" capable of utilizing advanced functions to streamline the scheduling process.
- Develop and Maintain Schedules: Create and update weekly or monthly employee timetables using complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Utilize Advanced Excel Functions: Employ formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting) to manage data efficiently, track hours, and generate reports.
- Manage Data Entry and Integrity: Accurately input and maintain employee information, shift preferences, and availability, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and diligence in data entry and scheduling to minimize errors.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales and traffic data to inform scheduling decisions.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle fast-paced demands and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with management and staff.
- Adaptability: Quick learning ability to adapt to the specific needs and existing systems of the retail shop environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in a retail, administrative, or scheduling role is highly advantageous.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
