We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive & HR Assistant to support daily operations across administrative and human resources functions. This role combines clerical support with HR coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and responsive employee service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with calendar/travel arrangements, serve as the first point of contact, and help with light accounting work
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, employee record maintenance, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support HR initiatives and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
  • Track and report on HR metrics and assist with audits and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative or HR support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Work Type

  • Full time, onsite, M-F, Direct hire
  • Salary: $60-70k/year



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
