We are looking for Seasonal Remote Call Center Representatives. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends. 
 What you’ll be doing and What We Look For:
<ul>
<li>Speaking with customers on the phone about museum gifts and other products. </li>
<li>Responding to emails and chats </li>
<li>Call center experience</li>
<li>Skilled in reading, writing, and speaking with customers </li>
<li>Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment</li>
<li>Able to learn and navigate software quickly</li>
</ul>
