We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals that bring cutting-edge technology into businesses across our region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence for Shuffly and service-oriented robots.

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across hospitality, entertainment, and food & beverage industries.

• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and live demos to showcase ROI and guest-experience benefits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up.

• Negotiate contracts, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, trade shows, and networking events.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in robotics and guest service.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (2+ years preferred), ideally in technology, hospitality, or B2B solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Comfort with CRM tools and sales reporting.

• Ability to travel regionally for client meetings, demos, and events.

• Passion for innovative technology and guest experience improvement.
