The ideal candidate has experience managing client account orders including logistics coordination and providing customer service and support.
Location: 33312 – Dania Beach
Schedule: Mon-Fri; standard business hours; 4 days In-office; 1 day Remote
Pay: $25.35 p/hr.
Discretionary Bonus: 3-9%

Keys to this Role:
- 2 years of experience with Data entry and Customer service
- Any related degree or studies is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Role Overview: Responsible for managing client account orders. Reports to General Manager.
- Monitor customer’s orders in CRM system and shipments delivery
- Provides pricing, generates sales orders and shipment invoices
- Prepares shipments details, process documentation and coordinates deliveries with 3rd parties
- Generates claims and reports
- Reviews misc. information and performs analysis on back orders
- Communicates with various external departments
- Provides customer service to customers and resolve issues.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with logistics and inventory management processes.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• A related degree or relevant coursework is advantageous.
