This is a startup opportunity in the Medical Staffing industry, and you’ll join one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing companies within a network of over 250 owners with the potential to grow the company nationwide.
JOB TITLE: Sales/Account Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Account Manager develops and maintains relationships with new and existing clients. Ensures client satisfaction, develops new business opportunities within assigned territory, and acts as a liaison for communication and coordination between the client and other departmental staff within the company
REPORTS to: Managing Director
RESPONSABILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Maintains overall accountability/responsibility for all aspects of assigned territory, to include environment, management of resources, and expenditures within established budgetary standards
- Utilizes company CRM system
- Establishes and maintains excellent long-term relationships with existing clients while also aggressively obtaining new accounts
- Seeks out and identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates clients' needs on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinates with other company personnel, including recruiters, credentialing staff, and others, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Assists with onboarding new vendors to support business
- Assists with the proper placement of permanent and contract healthcare professionals
- Must be a team player willing to be flexible and learn other company tasks as needed, such as recruiting
- Follows a company-wide integrated recruitment and marketing plan
- Maintains confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information
- Participates in special projects as needed, and performs other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: This position requires the following minimal requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Utilizes excellent customer service skills at all times
- Ability to multitask, is deadline driven, and possesses strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Effectively deals with client customer service concerns and problems
- Ability to implement specific company policy and procedures
- Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
EXPERIENCE: Proven track record in the Sales/Account Management role. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Account Management type position; Healthcare staffing field experience preferred but not necessary.
SALARY: $50K depending on experience plus commission
