Regional Sales Manager – Florida | Home Front Mortgage
Location: Florida (Statewide)

Home Front Mortgage is the exclusive mortgage partner for a group of Keller Williams offices that close over $1 Billion in annual volume. We are searching for a game-changing Regional Sales Manager to lead our Florida expansion.
This isn’t a corporate 9–5. It’s a fast-paced, performance-driven leadership role designed for a mortgage industry entrepreneur—someone who thrives on coaching others, recruiting talent, building market share, and earning without limits.
What You’ll Do

Direct and support multiple branch locations across Florida

Coach and develop loan officers to grow production and improve capture rates

Recruit top-producing LOs and build scalable, high-performance teams

Track and drive pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and close rates

Deepen Realtor partnerships and boost brokerage collaboration

Ensure every office has a strong LO presence and brand representation

Work closely with Team Leaders, Productivity Coaches, and Brokerage Staff
Compensation Plan
This role is structured for maximum earning potential:
Base Salary:

$25,000 via 1099
Self-Sourced Loan Compensation:
-
150 bps on self-generated volume (all 1099)
Company-Provided Loan Compensation:
-
135 bps on company-generated leads (all 1099)
Recruiting Override on Retail LOs You Bring In:
-
Earn the difference:
-
For LOs brought in at 115/125, you keep 10 bps in-house or 25 bps self-sourced
-
For LOs at 125/150, you still earn 5 bps override
-
Regional Production Override:
-
4.5 bps on total branch volume up to $100M/year
-
4.0 bps from $100M–$200M
-
3.0 bps for volume over $200M annually
