We are seeking motivated and professional Remote Phone Agents to handle inbound and outbound customer calls on behalf of our clients. As an agent with TeleQueue Services, you’ll provide excellent customer service while working in a flexible, remote environment.
Responsibilities

Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with account questions, scheduling, or service needs depending on the client.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Reliable internet connection, computer, USB headset, and quiet workspace.

Prior customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.

Must be self-motivated, professional, and dependable.
