About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Assistant to support our growing presence in the Orlando market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working closely with sales and marketing teams, and contributing directly to business growth.

Requirements:
- Support day-to-day marketing initiatives and local campaigns
- Assist the sales team with lead tracking, follow-ups, and CRM updates
- Coordinate marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
- Help manage social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional efforts
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Communicate with clients and prospects in a professional, timely manner
- Provide administrative support related to sales and marketing activities
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic marketing tools
- Self-starter with attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with the Orlando market is a plus
- Experience in commercial cleaning or facility services is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary between $45,000 and $50,000, based on experience
- Commission structure tied to qualified leads, closed deals, or revenue generated, providing additional earning potential beyond base salary (details shared during the interview process)
