We’re on the lookout for an experienced Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef to lead our scratch kitchen team at our vibrant fast-casual breakfast and lunch restaurant in the Edgewater area of Miami, Florida.

If you’re a hands-on culinary leader with a passion for fresh ingredients, a knack for kitchen operations, and fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to meet you!

What We Offer:

· $65,000 – $75,000 base salary

Who We’re Looking For:

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required

· Previous salaried experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef (fast casual or casual dining strongly preferred)

· Solid grasp of kitchen financials, including food and labor cost controls

· Skilled in inventory management and scheduling

· Proven track record of building and leading strong teams

· Highly organized with strong planning and communication skills

· Culinary degree preferred, but not required
