We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Parts Inventory Control Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate parts inventory records, supporting daily operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between the Parts, Service, and Purchasing departments.
Responsibilities
• Monitor and maintain optimal parts stock levels
• Conduct regular inventory counts and full physical inventories
• Reconcile and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Track and document all incoming and outgoing parts
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and service teams to ensure timely part flow
• Maintain accurate data entry and inventory records in the system
• Support efficient operations and minimize parts obsolescence
Requirements
• Prior experience in automotive parts inventory control (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
