We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive organizational support across the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full scope of business operations, including administration, general services, commercial, legal, and finance.

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing a wide range of administrative tasks, able to work independently with confidence, and resourceful in navigating diverse situations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.

  • Support different departments (commercial, legal, finance, administration, and services) with specific projects and operational needs.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing systems.

  • Handle correspondence and act as a liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor office operations and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Contribute to building a positive workplace environment and collaborative culture.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently with confidence and resourcefulness.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Word and Excel (Apple suite is a plus like Keynote and mail)

  • Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn about all areas of business.
