Key Responsiblities:
Sales & Account Management

- Achieve or exceed sales targets and profit goals for assigned Walmart account(s).
- Present seasonal product lines and secure orders aligned with budget expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Walmart buyers and cross-functional teams.

Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with Planning to build financial forecasts by brand and account.
- Recommend assortments and door plans based on data and market trends.
- Prepare and lead strategic sales presentations using Google Slides, including agenda, business overview, product highlights, and action items.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure order integrity and manage inventory levels, including weeks of supply and available-to-sell items.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate.
- Provide proactive meeting recaps and follow-ups to drive results.
Skills & Qualifications

Required Experience
- Minimum 3+ years in apparel or accessories wholesale sales.
- Direct experience selling to Walmart.
- Proven ability to manage multiple retail accounts independently.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.

Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Solid understanding of retail math and financial planning.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
