Key Responsiblities:

Sales & Account Management

    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and profit goals for assigned Walmart account(s).
    • Present seasonal product lines and secure orders aligned with budget expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Walmart buyers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Partner with Planning to build financial forecasts by brand and account.
    • Recommend assortments and door plans based on data and market trends.
    • Prepare and lead strategic sales presentations using Google Slides, including agenda, business overview, product highlights, and action items.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Ensure order integrity and manage inventory levels, including weeks of supply and available-to-sell items.
    • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate.
    • Provide proactive meeting recaps and follow-ups to drive results.



Skills & Qualifications

  • Required Experience

    • Minimum 3+ years in apparel or accessories wholesale sales.
    • Direct experience selling to Walmart.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple retail accounts independently.
  • Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • Technical & Professional Skills

    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Solid understanding of retail math and financial planning.
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
