We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. The primary goal of this role is to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster lasting relationships that contribute to the company's revenue and growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. Act as the main point of contact, handling their individual needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Drive sales growth: Identify new business opportunities and generate sales within existing accounts. Create and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
  • Understand client needs: Deeply understand the products or services a client is using to provide strategic advice and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Resolve issues: Address and resolve client issues, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
