Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest Medicare-certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we’re looking for a Regional Director of Sales to join our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plans and facilitates territory revenue and admission goals. Works in conjunction with operations and other sales resources in the market in preparation of annual area business plans.
- Responsible for driving all company initiatives. Brings realistic solutions to all challenging situations.
- Provide leadership and accountability by coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team.
- Demonstrate consistency in achieving Medicare admission goals by monitoring and assessing the progress and development of each Account Specialist/Business Development Manager.
- Quickly and effectively addresses any individual gaps/barriers in performance to targeted expectations.
- Build a high-performing sales and marketing team by recruiting and hiring top sales talent.
- Calls on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation facility discharge planning services and/or management within an assigned territory to promote the sale of designated service lines.
- Conducts pre-discharge hospital or other facility visits at the physicians' request and upon receiving physician orders to make a preliminary determination of the need/eligibility for home care.
- Documents patient demographic, clinical, and payer information on company-approved forms and works with agency management to process referrals.
- Maintains detailed territory list, prioritizing accounts in accordance with the market/territory sales plan.
- Maintains detailed territory management systems records.
- Maintains patient and proprietary confidentiality.
- Compile, communicate, and execute best practices in the field. Help develop new ideas, protocols, and efficiencies to maximize marketing resources and grow market share.
- Develop a collaborative partnership with the Operations Leadership team.
- Create and support a shared vision for growth between Sales and Operations.
- Any other tasks that are assigned
Qualifications
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred)
- Minimum two years of multi-site sales management experience in Home Health Care
- Proven track record for recruitment, training, and retention of effective HHC marketers
- Minimum of one year of experience managing a team of 12 or more HHC marketers
- Demonstrated ability to coach the HHC sales team to launch and produce outcomes greater than the threshold effectively
- Ability to travel; some overnight travel required
- Flexibility with schedule and availability to attend after-hours and weekend sales events in a variety of locations
