Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or remote support is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email, chat, and phone
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring client needs are met promptly
• Maintain accurate records and document all client interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
• Monitor ongoing projects and provide updates to management
