Job DescriptionAccount Executive Trainee – Radio Sales
Location: Fort Myers

Are you passionate about media and looking to start a career in radio sales? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Executive Trainee. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our radio sales and management teams, learning every facet of the advertising sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily order entry and campaign setup for radio advertising
Assist Account Executives with proposals, client communication, and internal coordination
Work with traffic and programming teams to ensure accurate ad placement and scheduling
Learn radio sales systems, products, and industry best practices
Prepare for a future role as a full-time Account Executive

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and organizational skills
A team player eager to learn and grow in the radio industry
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Wide Orbit is a plus

This hands-on training opportunity serves as a pathway to a career in radio advertising sales.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for prolonged periods and operate a computer.
Capacity to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
