General Manager Requirements &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3 years in a leadership role, preferably with restaurants</li>
<li>Weekend availability</li>
<li>Experience managing a team of 20 or more</li>
<li>Ability to work 40–45 hours a week</li>
<li>Proven experience in team development</li>
<li>P&amp;L experience is a plus</li>
