We are a company specializing in installation of luxury furniture and millwork in luxury retail stores, hotels, offices and private residences looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant will support the Project Manager in daily operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations.
- Help manage inventory control, including tracking stock levels and processing orders.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes.
- Support the implementation of warehouse procedures.
- Upload images of all incoming and outgoing packages, crates, materials, tools.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Knowledge of tools and materials in construction industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Driver's license a requirement.
- Ability to operate a truck.
- Spanish and English required. (Italian a plus)
