We are a B2B abd B2C manufacturer, distributor, of our patented Hyper Green Products. We are seeking an Office Lead / Bookkeeper to become a part of our executive team! You will manage day to day accounting and backend operations for our executive team and office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with executive management / Oversee all aspects of accounting for our daily operations
- Coordinate and process orders AR & AP with various departments
- Develop and improve inventory purchasing processes through Zoho One
- Review costs for optimal budget planning when needed
- Identify areas to optimize distribution and warehouse programs through Zoho One
- Shopify ecommerce with a Zoho One intagration backend platform
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general office / accounting / computer prorams to operate general office proceedures. Zoho and Shopify back end logistics, warehouse, or other related field
- Experience as a lead and muli tasker, high energy is a must
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have fun and work well with others.
