Job DescriptionJob Title: Auto Accounting Banking Specialist
Location: West Palm Beach, FLJob Type: Contract-to-Hire (100% Onsite)Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr (Based on experience)
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Auto Accounting Banking Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive accounting and banking operations, with a strong understanding of financial transactions, reconciliations, and dealership processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily bank deposits and reconcile bank statements
- Manage floor plan payments and vehicle funding
- Post and reconcile cash receipts, credit card transactions, and ACH payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to vehicle sales and service
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in dealership accounting software
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure proper documentation and payment processing
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Resolve discrepancies and communicate with banks and financial institutions as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive accounting or banking operations
- Familiarity with dealership accounting software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
