Dispatcher / Medical Transportation Coordinator

TLC Solutions of Florida

In-Office Position

TLC Solutions of Florida is seeking a dedicated, dependable Dispatcher to join our growing non-emergency medical transportation team. This role is critical to our daily operations, coordinating vehicle dispatch for clients traveling to and from doctor appointments, medical facilities, and related services.

Preferred Experience:

Dispatching experience (medical or transportation preferred)
Medical dispatching or healthcare-related scheduling experience a plus
Familiarity with high-volume, time-sensitive dispatch environments

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch vehicles efficiently and accurately throughout the day
Communicate clearly with drivers, facilities, and clients
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with excellent phone etiquette
Provide professional, compassionate customer service
Respond to issues quickly and confidently (problem-solving & rebuttal skills)
Create, send, and respond to professional emails
Maintain accurate trip documentation and scheduling updates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent work schedule
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
