Our agency continues to drive growth through exceptional customer service and we are looking for individuals who are ready to contribute to that long term growth. Meeting and exceeding sales goals can contribute to a SALES REP expecting to make up to SIX FIGURES. Base salaries for full time sales reps starting at 40,000.00 ( or more depending on experience ) plus average commissions/bonuses adding an additional 25k to 75k to your compensation. LEADS PROVIDED

Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives as established.
Generate new business by working in office leads and cross selling present clients.
Provide extraordinary customer service.

Requirements

Must have ability to multi-task.
A Property & Casualty license is required.
Prior Property & Casualty sales experience is required.
Prior insurance agency experience is required.
Must be highly self-motivated.
BEING BILINGUAL IS A PLUS
This is NOT a remote position.
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize.
Be technology proficient and able to use computers very comfortably.
