House Cleaner / Lead Cleaner (Coral Gables & Surrounding Areas)

We hire one or two people at a time so we can thoughtfully build your schedule with a consistent client base. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a lead cleaner position as we expand in Miami.
Most cleanings take place during the daytime, so weekday daytime availability is required. Within the first 2–3 weeks, new hires typically reach 20+ hours per week if they are looking for part-time to full-time work.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality residential and occasional commercial cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
- Ensure homes are left spotless, fresh, and welcoming
- Follow client instructions and cleaning checklists
- Work independently and occasionally with a teammate
- Communicate clearly with clients and Haven management

Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional house cleaning experience
- Reliable transportation (car required)
- Ability to work in Coral Gables and nearby areas
- Smartphone with a data plan (to use our scheduling app)
- Ability to communicate with clients and staff

- Spanish or bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting supplies)
