Overview
We are hiring a Support Operations Assistant to provide essential behind-the-scenes support to our customer service team. In this remote role, you’ll help ensure that daily support activities run smoothly by handling administrative tasks, updating records, and assisting with client communications as needed.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

Prior experience in admin support, operations, or customer service preferred but not required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Adobe PDF

Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
