We are seeking motivated Life Insurance Agents to join our award winning virtual sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in understanding and purchasing life insurance policies that meet their financial and personal needs. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual who always shows up and wants to build a future with an amazing company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on life insurance products
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone, video calls, or online platforms.
- Assess individual client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes and policy options.
- Process applications and assist clients
- Stay current on industry regulations, product changes, and compliance standards.
- Use CRM tools and digital platforms to manage leads, tasks, and communications.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Active Life Insurance License (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
- laptop/computer that can run windows
- No experience in sales required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools (Zoom, DocuSign, etc.).
