Key Responsibilities

  • Support travel coordinators and consultants with booking arrangements and client communication.
  • Prepare and maintain travel documents, itineraries, and payment records.
  • Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and vendor coordination.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on travel plans.
  • Monitor and organize travel files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements
