Palm Beach County Non Profit organization is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a contract role with the potential of being a fantastic full-time opportunity with growth. Hours Monday-Friday 9-5 on site. Must be flexible to attend fundraising events evenings and weekend on occasion
·Responsibilities:
· Preparing and typing correspondence and documents
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Maintaining office organization and tidiness
· Receiving and processing deliveries (including unpacking and moving boxes as needed)
· Providing support to staff and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
Qualifications:
Must thrive in an active, fast-paced office environment
