Order Fulfillment Associate (OFA)
Primarily responsible for processing and fulfilling customer orders, typically in a warehouse or distribution center setting. · Order Picking and Packing:
OFAs gather the necessary items from shelves or storage areas based on customer orders, accurately packing them for shipment.
· Inventory Management:
They may assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
· Shipping Preparation:
OFAs prepare orders for shipping by labeling boxes, selecting appropriate shipping methods, and ensuring accurate tracking information.
· Technology Utilization:
They may use scanners, barcode readers, and other technology to manage orders and inventory.
· Accuracy and Detail:
OFAs are expected to have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and minimize errors.
· Customer Service:
