Job DescriptionJob Title: Automotive Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: 100% Onsite – West Palm Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–FridayAbout the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk / Admin Assistant to join our team at a busy auto dealership in West Palm Beach. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid background in dealership operations and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties to support dealership operations
  • Order and manage office and dealership supplies
  • Handle accounting tasks including:
    • Dealer reserve reconciliations
    • Parts statements
    • Tag and title processing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service and internal support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership is required
  • Proficiency with CDK (Dealer Management System) is a must
  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
