Prepare and process export documentationaccording to regulations and policies
Coordinate with airlines and agents to ensure a timely shipment of goods
Verify accuracy of shipping documentation
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies
Mantain organized records of all documentation
Assist in resolving any issues that arise during shipment process
Communicate with customers and external stakeholders in reference to shipments
Ensure compliance with STA regulations.
Qualifications
High school diploma
Experiene in export documentation or similar role.
Understanding of international shipping regulations
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Ofice suite
